  • Can you use some of the things from ww in this program? I think there is not just one way to do things. Use the things that make sense to you and go with some of each. What i do is write on a oaoer the pros and cons and see if ine is signifacantly better suited to you and go with that.

  • Depends on your day. If your body is screaming for more, eat some back. I have found fluctuating my calorie intake every day or so has worked well so far. Then my body doesn't go into "diet mode "
  • You also should fluctuate your calorie intake each day because your body will tell your brain to go on starvation mode and then the weight will be harder to loose. So sometimes do 900 and at least once a week do 1300 to 1400. Good luck.
