You need to login from the website, and not from the app. I wanted to know the same thing.

Don't put expectations on yourself. Throw away the scale, aim to get mentally and physically get charged up 4 or 5 times a week, and eat sensibly. Don't feel guilty because you devour an entire pizza. LOL!!

Throw away the bad stuff in your kitchen/refrigerator and don't bring them back in your house.

It's taken me under 2 years. I do 15 minutes cardio after stretching, and 15 before I leave. 3.2 and 4.5 intervals. I'd show before pics if I knew how to upload more.
