I keep it to half a banana a day. There are great benefits from them however, like anything else portion is important so too much of anything could have a bad impact. Though I don't think it is possible to get too much magnesium.

I am not an expert by any means, but salt itself isn't bad for you especially if you are cooking. It is where how you are getting the salt.
