When cooking healthy are you supposed to use no salt at all or is a pinch when cooking okay

I am not an expert by any means, but salt itself isn't bad for you especially if you are cooking. It is where how you are getting the salt. A lot of processed foods are high in salt amongst other stuff (sugar for example). Too much salt could cause water retention and if you have blood pressure issues you should definitely watch how much salt you are getting in a day.0

Of course you use salt when cooking, it's no only essential to life but it also enhances the otherwise bland taste of quite a few foods. Try eating chocolate cake were the salt was omitted. Now lowering your intake if someone is consuming mostly processed and fast food, sure you might want to do that.0

Just found our sea salt has added sugar if the is of interest to salt users. I do not cook okay but I put it on my boiled egg each morning to keep down leg cramps.0
