Its very interesting. I was going to a weight lose clinic they had me set at 1700 eating small meals every 2-3 hrs. I started back with MFP the calculation here is 1440 and I seem stuck the scale is barely moving if at all. I did lose a bit on the 1700 what I may do is go in the middle say 1400-1600 see what happens.

I also weigh every day. I feel obsessed at some points. To me sometimes it very discouraging.

Good evening everyone. Speaking of work I sit I stand. Our breaks are taken inside. I dont smoke but should go out for a short walk but sometimes not able. There is 3 of us at work using mfp and eating well so lots of support there. I have suggested we do some sort of excercise and stretching while at work, so we will see.

Interested here. Need all the motivation I can get. I have a thing for med ice coffee EXTRA cream from tims. I lose steam and get bored and I eat when bored, upset, angry bad reasons to eat. How can you view others dairies?
