Update: I have been sticking with my original protein shake before exercising to replace my breakfast (on exercise days) and I haven't been using a second shake after because I found it is just not appetizing after working out. I have thought of drinking one both before and after. I need to up my protein intake and I am always really hungry and thirsty after. Two birds with one stone, I'll take it. I will give it a try this week. What would you suggest for carbs?

I don't plan on bodybuilding aside from "arm day" and "ab day" heh. I should be making sure to get enough protein daily though, you are right. Thanks for the reply!

I don't have any suggestions but I started the 28 day squat challenge and found the exercises to be very tough. I was wondering if anyone else was doing the challenge. Maybe someday I'll move to Intermediate but those things are killing me for now. I'm sticking with it though.
