I was at the DC sprint, next weekend I will do Wintergreen Super and i can't wait. It is going to be kick *kitten*. Last year 2000 people who started, didn't finish. This one is going to be a mental mind f*uck. Wintergreen is no joke.

You only get one shot at an obstacles and then it is burpee city. My biggest suggestion for training would be upper body strength, grip strength, toughen up your hands and trail running. I did no gloves. I would suggest investing in a pair of trail shoes, I got inov8 shoes and they were amazing!!! Wear skin tight clothes…

After watching numerous videos of instructors doing this work out... All I can say is: Cize- keeping white girls white since 2015

She didn't want the fact that she sat and took a 25 minute break to affect her time.
-
I guess I should have mentioned that we are training for a 5 mile race.
-
She said she didn't want it to affect her time.
-
She told me. Ha.

We are both mothers who run daycares out of our houses so getting up that early to run is the only way we get a good run in. She just always goes right to facebook and posts her "mileage" but leaves out how long it took her. I'm not putting down the fact that she ran that far, don't get me wrong. Lol. I just think there is…

I ran a wounded warriors 5k before I went directly to this workout. Holy *kitten*.

You stay in Pike position and twist your body, alternating your legs up in the air with your hand at the same time...Does that make sense?
-
I would hope they would be positive... I have seen a couple other posts since mine went up where people lost more weight in less time and it was nothing but high fives. I understand where the concern is coming from about influencing people in a negative way but my point with the original post was simply to say that massive…

My jobs... I run a childcare out of my house monday-Friday... Own my own catering business and bartend on the weekends
-
I will keep the same fitness level going and maybe ease up on my diet and not be so strict. I have three jobs and three kids so working out is my only "me time". Ideally I would like to lose about 8 more pounds but I am in no rush. I am just really happy with how far I have come

I do plenty of lifting!!! It's fantastic! I have def slowed down with the weight loss but these days I focus more on how I feel rather then what I weigh. The scale went out the window a couple weeks ago.

This. Hahaha

Honestly what I have done in the last four months has been more about the lifestyle change. I didn't set out for this high of a number this fast but apparently that's what happens when you put 110 percent into something.
-
Thanks but that kind of crap doesn't bother me one bit. People talk *kitten* because you are chubby, people talk *kitten* because you are skinny. It's always something. I have three kids... One of which I just had in August... Maybe that's why my weight just fell off. All I know is that I have never felt better in my life…

Yes I only ate back part of my workout calories. Really only because they are so grossly exaggerated on this app. I realize losing weight is all about what you eat.. That is how I had such success to begin with but if you are tying to insinuate that I starved myself... You are completely wrong. If that were true I would…

I kept hearing that same thing. My brother is a personal trainer and is still blown away by my dedication and all of the hard work I put in. I wake up at 3:30am to workout for an hour and a half. Then on the weekends take those classes. It is amazing what the human body can do.

My calories intake was 1400 a day as suggested by this app. I cut out alcohol during the week and went to the gym 7 days a week taking tabata and insanity classes and doing my own thing. Plus I started running. I am 5'7... Starting weight was 187.... I didn't starve myself in the least bit. I just ate really healthy. Even…

I don't think anybody needs to take it. I don't take it everyday. But it is nice to get that extra boost of energy when getting up at 3:30 am. I have three kids of my own, run a pre school out of my house during the day and then run a couple of miles in the afternoon. Some days it is just nice to have extra energy.

I get up at 3:30 am to hit the gym for an hour and a half. The thought of a hot cup of coffee on my stomach while running 3 miles and weight training makes me want to throw up. I love c4 pre-workout
-
Too bad summer bodies are made in the winter. I'm finally appreciating the fact that I get to the gym at 4am and it is almost always empty.
-
This schedule right here is the exact reason I wake up at 3:45am to go to the gym. I have no other choice. Three kids, two jobs and I work 7 days a week.
-
I get to the gym around 4am... I like the pre-workout C4

If anyone is trying to treat themselves.... Rogue Fitness has amazing lifting shoes.

On my strictly cardio days, I do an hour on the rower. It is the best full body cardio machine I have found. I like the eliptical but nothing beats the rower in my opinion. When done correctly your caloric burn is huge and you can feel your arms, core and legs get an amazing workout. Just put your headphones in, turn the…

Make your own. It is very easy and way cheaper. Plus you get to control the flavor. I make them all the time
