Thank you ladies. I weighed myself today and I gave gained 20lbs putting me at 214.

I will try and keep my daily calories up but just change what im eating. One lady from my birth group suggested eating 3000 calories. I just think thats so much.

Yes i have uped my daily calories to 1800. If the plan decreases my milk flow then ill add more calories.

I don't want to burn to much. My new eating plan is vegetarian and i am noticing everything that i can eat has very few calories.

I didn't know that. Ill be sure to up my calories to keep my supply and energy up.

$350 a month as of now. I will admit i buy a lot of junk food and freezer meals. Stuff that goes quickly but adds up. I will no longer be buying animal products or junk as of next week. I feel like ill cut that in half.

New mom and I EBF my 3 month old. I weigh 190 and my goal is 130. I would like to reach that goal by next summer or sooner. Right now i just started doing the Cize workout program and a little weight training 4-5 days a week. Im also very fond of exercising while wearing a 15lb baby. I will be starting the ETL eating plan.…
