Hi, Ive been doing this now for 2mth and feel great. On training days I aim for 50% protein, 20% carb and 30% fat. On rest days I go for 55% Protein, 10% carb and 35% fat. Feeling great and have adopted a couple of new high protein products into my diet. Feeling great after the initial carb withdrawal headaches.

I would imagine you would quickly start suffering. With no carb and no protein what is ur body to function on. I would expect that within 24hr you will lose concentration, have major craving and likely have considerable headaches. But its your choice. I have to agree wholeheartedly. I lost 7st had a baby (found 3st), lost 1 and found 5lb. Its killing me at min but I think (hope) Ive found that turning point.
