Thanks guys! I actually like to feel the beta-alanine tingles so I know it's working , but never felt it with the c4. It's been about 4-5 weeks with the c4 , so I know it's time for me to cycle with something else.

Following....im addicted to starbucks!!! I usually get skinny hot carmel macchiato , ranging from 120/160 calories depending on the size. I don't like black coffee, so not an option.

My mom took it for about a month or 2 and didn't lose weight , but lost Inches. I don't know much about it besides that. It couldn't of been that great because she stopped taking it.

Another thing I need to work on is logging my snacks after dinner and or late night. All day I log before I even put a bite in my mouth , but at night I just eat without logging. I hate pictures of myself. I always look so huge in them!!! Shopping is another downer. I'll bring all this stuff into the dressing room just to leave with nothing. Check out fitnessblender.com they have hundreds of free videos. They have strength training, cardio , hiit, Pilates, yoga , kick boxing you name it. It's all Completely free unless you want to buy one of their programs which is a detailed day by day schedule. They are usually under $10 bucks though. Good luck!
