Pre work out recommendations

Im currently looking for a new pre work out. I've used Pulse and c4. I liked pulse , but it's on the pricey side. Not a fan of c4 I had to take 2 scoops and still didn't feel anything. Maybe I got used to it, not sure. Anyway I'm open to suggestions. I've been looking on Amazon and reading reviews , but it's quite stressful lol. I go to the gym early in the morning and like to drink my pre work out on the way so I feel awake and energized when I get there. Thanks!

C4 was reformulated and is stronger.

i love c4. mr. hyde is a good one too. how long have you been taking a pre workout. you might need to cycle off 4 weeks so you don't become used to the effect.

Musclepharm assault is probably my favorite. I do agree that you might need to take a few weeks off so you do not get too used to the effects.

What do you mean you didn't feel it?

You didn't feel energized from the caffeine? Or maybe you didn't feel the tingles from the beta-alanine?

C4 is a low stim PWO so if you want something that is more stimulating try:
    • BPI Sports: Pump HD
    • BodyBuilding.com SCREAM
    • Betancourt: D-Stunner
    • Controlled Labs White Flood Reborn
    • JYM Pre JYM
    • SAN Fierce Domination
    • Pro Supps Mr. HYDE

Plain, cheap caffeine pills are also an option.

Thanks guys! I actually like to feel the beta-alanine tingles so I know it's working , but never felt it with the c4. It's been about 4-5 weeks with the c4 , so I know it's time for me to cycle with something else.

The tingles don't mean it's "working" per se. A preworkout would work just fine without beta-alanine. Beta-Alanine doesn't even need to be taken pre workout.

Also, some people are non-responders to it. If you are a responder however, those tingles go away with prolonged daily use after about 3 weeks of system saturation.
