Thank you, I was wondering if the lack of progression would be detrimental! So, it sounds like progressive heavy lifting is the way to go in the long-term. Is that true even if my goal is just to build and maintain a toned appearance (i.e., not looking to compete)?

Relative anonymity :) I ate between 1200-1500 day depending on exercise. Now I'm shifting into maintenance, which means eating more often at 1500 on rest days. I ate whenever I wanted except that I don't eat after dinner.

Thank you!! CICO was my main strategy but upping my (previously very low) protein intake helped with satiation. No foods are off limits but I tend to eat nutrient-dense foods (and I like to cook everyday, so that probably helps too). I do a HIIT workout 1x/week, plus chasing kids 24/7.
