Now working on strength goals and maintenance!
I've learned so much from this community- thank you!
What I've learned:
-I feel best when I get protein in every meal (including nuts and eggs) and don't eat many simple carbs without protein.
-1 lb per week is doable. I was surprised when I reached my goal weight because it was a manageable process.
-I feel more energetic without the extra weight.
-I am loved at any size.

Awesome well done! I have around 50lbs to loose, how did you do it? And I love that you are loved at any size! I'm currently finding it hard to love myself the size I currently am but know my other half loves me.4

You look wonderful! Congratulations1

Thank you!!
CICO was my main strategy but upping my (previously very low) protein intake helped with satiation. No foods are off limits but I tend to eat nutrient-dense foods (and I like to cook everyday, so that probably helps too).
I do a HIIT workout 1x/week, plus chasing kids 24/7.
Lots of saggy skin from child-bearing (my tummy is a wreck) but like I said, I'm loved at any size so I'm going to try a gentle recomp to see if change is possible, and shrug it off if my skin doesn't firm up with more muscle mass. More muscle = higher metabolism, which sounds good to me!
Best wishes!

I ate between 1200-1500 day depending on exercise. Now I'm shifting into maintenance, which means eating more often at 1500 on rest days. I ate whenever I wanted except that I don't eat after dinner.0 -
You look great! Well done!1
