5'6" 168 to 120
Now working on strength goals and maintenance!
I've learned so much from this community- thank you!

What I've learned:

-I feel best when I get protein in every meal (including nuts and eggs) and don't eat many simple carbs without protein.
-1 lb per week is doable. I was surprised when I reached my goal weight because it was a manageable process.
-I feel more energetic without the extra weight.
-I am loved at any size.

Awesome well done! I have around 50lbs to loose, how did you do it? And I love that you are loved at any size! I'm currently finding it hard to love myself the size I currently am but know my other half loves me.

    Relative anonymity :)

I ate between 1200-1500 day depending on exercise. Now I'm shifting into maintenance, which means eating more often at 1500 on rest days. I ate whenever I wanted except that I don't eat after dinner.
