Thank you people for your responses i just wanted clarity because it was confusing to me that if we eat more than we should we gain weight but if we eat too less we stop loosing

So eating way too less makes a person loose muscle and that is whats bad about it But it doesn't stop weight loss?

You say you have never bn overweight it puzzles me why were you concerned with counting calories from the first place? I know some people who eat what ever they like and in big portions but never gain weight maybe you are one of those people but you never got time to know yourself

I don't know what was happening but since I started adding 100 quick calories on my diary and eat 1100 calories a day my scale started moving while when ivstarted I didn't loose and it Capt flacfluctuating within a weeks I could lose and gain in a single week ending up not seeing good results

My calorie is 1200 but if I eat the whole 1200 I don't loose anything so I lowered it by eating only 1100 of it than I started seeing movement

I jogg for an hour and do erobics jeneral 30 minits or more depending on the mood of the day

I am logging weighing and counting my calories I'm not expecting near instant results but I desire to see a little movement in the numbers on the scale
