Decently lean powerlifter checking in, what weight class do you compete in? I tend to be around that percentage when I cut to 181's. It's nice to be in the off season where I can walk around in the 190's and not care though B)

To me it sounds like your CNS (Central nervous system) is taxed due to lack of nutrition and being in such a caloric deficit.

Make sure you stretch it out good, I always use a foam roller and it seems to ease up and help the flexibility of the muscle. Make sure you intake lots of water as well
