Carbs are carbs? I don't see how eating bread or bagels is the same as eating apples or celery.

I'm motivated by my kids! I have two sons and a daughter, and I'm determined for them to have a healthy and strong mama. I love my mom, but I grew up watching her struggle with weight and poor body image, and I picked up on that. I don't want that for my kids. I also want to lose the last 25 lbs before TTC baby #4 in 2016!

I'm nursing a 15 month old. Been stuck in the 150s for a few months. Bah.

I nursed my first two for 2.5 years and I've been nursing #3 for 15 months. I've always had to fight for every pound. I'm still 25 lbs heavier than I'd like to be, but I am back at my pre pregnancy weight. Hang in there! One day at a time.
