  • Week 3, day 2: stayed under my 1250 calorie goal and did great with my evening workout...Treadmill + Zumba + sit ups = 580 calories burned!! Yay!! If I could just burn that much everyday....

  • Trying to get my exercise in everyday is tricky, but I'm trying to stay motivated. I was looking into doing a tea detox in addition to eating less and exercising.... Has anyone ever done a tea-tox? Is it worth it? I would love to get rid of bloating around my waist.
  • Week 2 day 3, after a stressful weekend I'm back to the exercise routine. I started doing T25 again yesterday, I did it 5-6 times a week last fall for about a month and I lost 7lbs, then I slacked off thru the holidays and the 7lbs came back. So I'm hoping I can stick with it this time.
  • I had a super busy weekend at my daughters' dance competition, so I wasn't able to fit in any exercise. But we were too busy to eat much, so at least I stayed under my calorie goal! I'm feeling very motivated this week and I'm hoping to see a big difference on the scale by next Monday!!

  • Day 2, I did good with staying under my calorie goal, and I burned 360 calories speed walking on the treadmill for 40 mins...yay!! Tomorrow I will hopefully have time for Zumba and sit-ups too.
