This app is the perfect way to figure out how to eat! Its not diet for me its a lifestyle....ive used this app 4 a yr now and basically after the 1st 30 -60days u should be able to come n2 ur own! I still eat a *kitten* load of food in fact i eat more now lol but its only cuz its healthy foods less cals

I recommend doing no cardio if u wanna bulk up some! Look at people who run long distances or ride bikes they hav no muscles because cardio eats away fat n muscles....keep ur same diet hit some weights and add some protein shakes to help build and keep

Lol weights burn way more cals then cardio! Its 2 hard 2 say how much u lift would affect sum1 else say me! 100lbs might be tough 4u but easy for me!

As long as u got the 1 that tracks heart rate ur good 2go i had all of them lmao i took them back after i figured about how many cals i burned and how far i walked n 1 day ;)
