I want to get a tiny tattoo behind my ear when I reach a certain weight. It's not my goal weight, but it's the halfway point. Other than that, I think buying clothes when your almost at or at goal weight is the best feeling.

Lots of clothing items I never dared to wear 20lbs ago. Being more adventurous and watching my confidence skyrocket is the best kind of reward!

I do tiered rewards. If I set a fitness goal and reach it, I’ll do something like get some makeup that is nicer or a video game.
If I reach a goal weight, I change something on my body (like tattoo, piercing, wig).
When I reach my goal weight, I’m going to take a trip overseas for a month.
I try to stay away from food as a reward coming from an eating disorder background.

Luxury accessories! Chanel sunglasses are my fav right now. E-bay is my best friend. Lol I did the manicure reward and now it’s a regular must have splurge.
I’m not really investing in clothes as I keep shrinking out of them but a Balenciaga bag will always fit!!!!
Love the idea of luxury lipstick! I’ve started wearing more make-up as I get smaller. I think a good hair-cut will be my next goal reward- 3 more lbs and I’ll no longer be obese!!!

What are good ways to distinguish knock-offs from the real deal on ebay? I've looked around for deals but I just don't want to take the risk and get a knock-off.

I have a 34 letter phrase I wanna buy initial charms for. Every 1.5lbs I lose I'll add another letter. I can wear my progress on me and when my necklace is complete I'll be complete.

I reward myself nearly daily with little, tiny things. Like a bit of chocolate, wearing a fun lipstick, doing my hair a new way, new soap, etc. Flowers for myself...

I also reward myself with home decor/methods. Like we just bought new plates & bowls. I just bought myself a new serving dish, etc. New way to organize or situate a room. Scents for our home. Also rewards as a family - a new healthy dessert or treat, trying a new veggie in a new way, new music while we eat... Little treats here and there remind me I’m working daily at my desired goals - it’s a life change.

The way I see it I deserve new shoes, clothes and trips, etc. regardless of my weight.

To start with I had planned something small for each stone (14lb) I lost, like a manicure or haircut. As I've gone past them and settled into the habit I've actually started to accumulate the rewards, rather than actually do it, and I'm putting away £30 from each paycheck this year to spend on new clothes when I reach my goal weight. That way it's almost a make over at the end!

this is really a very good idea. thank you.
