I work 2 days a week and the rest of the time I'm home with my 2 kids. My husband works crazy hours so it's been difficult to get to a gym. I've been working out from home. I get up early to fit them in because I know once the kids are up my day will be crazy!

1200 calories should be the absolute minimum for the day. The problem with losing weight based on calories is as you lose you'll need to keep cutting back on calories in order to lose more, which can be dangerous esp. if you're already at a low amount. I've been doing the 21 day fix program. I calculated your calories based on weight and it said 1190, but to raise it to 1200 as minimum. the bracket you'd fall under is 1,200-1,499 a day.

LOL I'll add you both. I did P90x and HATED Tony's nonstop talking. I have P90x3 but haven't started it yet. I've been doing 21 day fix which isn't bad.
