Check out my success story. I've struggled with my weight since elementary school. Even as a young child (9/10/11 years old etc), I felt VERY strong embarrassment over my weight. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10315070/24-years-old-lost-120-lbs-and-never-been-happier/p1

Thank you so much everyone :) I say this with 100% certainty though, as cliche' as it sounds - If I can do it, you can absolutely 100% do it too.

Most of my life actually! Though I didn't get "obese" until highschool, but still, several years. I'm very fortunate that I lost the weight at such a young age, since my skin rebounded pretty well. The fact that I'm 6'4 also helped since my skin didn't get stretched as much as it would have for a shorter person. I DO have…

Keep at it man - the abs are the last thing to show, so try not to worry about them too much! You'll start to look awesome before the abs show themselves, so don't forget to be…

Thank you so much :) It took me about 11 months to lose the weight, which brought me to about 170. I'm 6'4 so I was pretty darn skinny at 170 hehe. I've then spent the last 2-3 years gaining roughly 50-60 lbs of muscle. Currently at about 225 and still lean. Thank you so much for the compliment :) You are very right -…

And I find it rude when people make accusations that have no merit, and are only assumptions. I'm simply offering to answer questions, as Ive got a lot of experience with weight loss and what works and what doesn't. The OP can feel free to ask the questions here too, I just gave the option of PM'ing.

Thanks everyone!
