Getting good advice.. why is it so difficult?

    Maybe you should stop looking for advice and start applying different theories to your diet, to figure out what works for you, as an individual?

    The bottom line, regardless of anything else is to eat less than you burn. Period. The rest is personal preference.

    When ever someone says message them for "advice" I can't help but to think they are trying to sell something.

    And I find it rude when people make accusations that have no merit, and are only assumptions. I'm simply offering to answer questions, as Ive got a lot of experience with weight loss and what works and what doesn't. The OP can feel free to ask the questions here too, I just gave the option of PM'ing.

    I have noticed in general that people looking for advice online tend to want ready-cut advice tailored to their own particular situation and it'd better work. But the only memeber of any given forum who really knows you best is you. Pick one or two things that sound the most reasonable, give them at least a couple of weeks each, keep data, reevaluate and adjust as you go. Yes, it will take longer, but you will learn so much more about what works for you in the process.
