Hi guys! My name is Braden, and about 3 years ago I successfully lost 120 lbs and completely turned my life around. I'm a HUGE myfitnesspal fan, and figured it was finally time for me to start posting here, and maybe help share some of the knowledge that I've picked up through my experiences! Glad to be here :)

    I'm 14 away from having lost 100. It's crazy how much more like "me" I feel.
