I actually struggled with this tonight! I wasn’t able to fall asleep (I have bad insomnia anyways), but I decided to have some light tortilla chips and hot salsa and some nuts before bed. I’ve tried a few sleeping meds that work but I don’t get up in the morning like I should and I’m actually really tired but I tend to get up a few times a night and not able to sleep for a while.
