I have terrible insomnia and I can’t fix it! Help!

    So that you don't get a bunch of stuff that's irrelevant, what have you tried already?

    I’ve tried a few sleeping meds that work but I don’t get up in the morning like I should and I’m actually really tired but I tend to get up a few times a night and not able to sleep for a while.

    Did this begin when you changed your diet? I need a full belly to sleep well. Presently I skip breakfast, have light lunch, regular dinner, and the calorie equivalent of a regular breakfast about an hour before bed. The late snack, and the meals, are healthy choices. It works for me.

    Not really with diet change, but I may need a heavier dinner.

    What about caffeine consumption? Do you have a regular sleep/wake schedule? Have you cleared your room of distractions? Have you tried a hot bath and/or yoga at the end of the day? Meditation? There are plenty of suggestions to help with poor sleep habits.

    I’m only consuming caffeine in the am buuuut I have decided to take up yoga! First day is Tuesday
