i struggle so much with self care. i do not take care of myself. sure i workout every day. but thats about it. i believe it has everything to do with my depression.

I hate when people say if you want it bad enough you'll get it, well no, I suffer from a binge eating disorder. which needs to get in control before i can "get it" it's an addiction to food, and coping mechanisms that used to work for us, you're an inspiration getting help. you can do this i believe

helps huge! i have never tried tofu yet (two years pescatarian) i will eat fish. i am such a bad eater, i dont eat enough.

no they didn't give me my paperwork back, they actually suggested my adhd was acting up, causing anxiety and stress, causing all these other issues, I CALL *kitten*. and wanted to put me on a stimulant

I completely understand. I can relate 100% (feel free to add me) and as someone who is recovering from and eating disorder I am here to listen. BUT the amount you are eating is very dangerous, and worry-sum. You need to have a good support system!
