riding the struggle bus
i have managed to lose 85 LBS over two years, over the last four months i have managed to binge my way back up 20 LBS looking for help not binging, and sticking to it.

lifting weights while pregnant
are there any rules correlating to fitness and pregnancy did you lift weights? did you do cardio? if you are a vegetarian how did you get enough protein. before you go congratulating me, i am not pregnant, these are just things i have always wondered.

got my complete blood count done yesterday
i actually have never been so excited to get results from blood work in my life, excited to figure out why im always exhausted, acid reflux, hair falling out (used to be to my waist now to my shoulders) dry skin, in general my health is not good lately.

moving out for the first time, excited for my own kitchen
