what is everyones opinion on fat burners?
have you used them? what kind? over all result? did you combine anything else with them?

ps. I do not use them, nor do I plan on it

  • If you're using them as stimulants they're okay I guess, I've had grenades in the last and I did find them helpful, but for actual fat loss, it's all nutrition and exercise.

    They’re a gimmick. Just a marketing ploy to get you to spend money.

  • if they worked everyone would just take them and be skinny. anything that works is not legal and anything that is legal does not work.

    This. Seriously.

    Although there are like 3 caveats. Multivitamins are worth taking because you're not always going to hit all your micronutrients, and joint support stuff actually does work. Pre-workout DOES give you energy but it's also not that great for you and an XL black coffee would do similar and is healthier.

    Other than that...don't waste your money
