struggling

struggling with eating enough, i have always associated food with being fat, but now i need it to fuel my workouts, how am i ever supposed to lift heavy if i don't fuel properly

    Short answer: You won't. You need to eat properly if you want to meet your fitness goals.

    What do you mean struggling? You're too full? You don't know what to eat? You psychologically don't want to eat more?

    I lift heavy. I can attest you've got to fuel that *kitten*. When I'm cutting weight (by limiting my calories), my lifts/strength suffers.
