struggling with eating enough, i have always associated food with being fat, but now i need it to fuel my workouts, how am i ever supposed to lift heavy if i don't fuel properly

I lift heavy. I can attest you've got to fuel that *kitten*. When I'm cutting weight (by limiting my calories), my lifts/strength suffers.1
