  • Is it upper or lower back pain? Is it specifically your spine, or do you feel it could be the surrounding area? Also, when you say it hurts when you move "certain ways", how, specifically? Twisting? Bending forward? Leaning side to side? Just walking around?
  • The hormone leptin, which makes you feel full, is produced by adipose tissue. Losing fat means less lepin which means you're hungrier.
  • I can see how this would be interesting as a one-time thing, but I think it could backfire if you do it often. As in, if you know the candy bar is off-limits you might think about it a lot and end up binging later.
