I think that is a matter of opinion still... This is exactly what I do. If you aren't hitting 100% because your fats are off, I would personally think that is something to smile about. Your story is amazing...speaks of diligence and desire. I can't stand when people are like "oh, but you still look great!". yeah, we can tell ourselves if we aren't fitting in our clothes the way we should etc...So good luck!
