I use this program all the time, plus other eyetoy programs like dance and boarding. PlayStation 2's are really cheap now having been superseded by the PlayStation 4.

What I'd like to know is, if I do two swim routines the same on two different days, how come the points/calories are very different?

I have now found a cheap but effective solution to my shine 'popping out' problem. I wear latex swim gloves (webbed) to increase water resistance, I have an old pair which I cut out a half inch (12mm) band from. This goes over the shine thus clipping the thing securely.

Im using a misfit shine 'speedo edition', this has prove very accurate in registering my swim laps and my sleep patterns. One word of warning, if you are using an android phone or tablet, it will only work on android KitKat minimum, and you must have an active bluetooth.

This is an issue that concerns me, I have the 'Shine Speedo', the unit is brushed aluminium (matt silver). I worry that it will pop out whilst I'm swimming and the colour would make it hard too see. I've pushed my activity goal up to 1300, been thinking about increasing it to 1500 as I'm now achieving above 2000 pts swimming daily. As for my sleep goal I am just reaching my minimum 6hrs as advised by my GP.

I swim 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), I am now doing 80 - 100 laps (25m/lap), this takes me around 2hours. I swim using swim gloves which increases the load therefore developing my arm muscles. A great motivation is when I started using my 'misfit shine speedo' to track my process.

Yes I agree, but the figure that myfitnesspal applies to the same exercise is even more unbelievable.

I rarely snack and if I do I try to choose a low option like a carrot or celery. The bananas are weighed and classed as medium, the quiche was as on the packaging per half quiche. Yes I log everything I eat, I carefully weigh everything and watch the nutrient, usually I expend more calories than I am taking in. For about the last three weeks I have been using the MisFit Shine 'Speedo', it has been very accurate in tracking my sleep and how many lengths I do in the pool. Only downside is it won't tell me until I sync with my computer.

No I didn't ignore you, I read anything I can on this. So far the evidence has been just personal thoughts on this. I need to see professional data so I can make a good solid conclusion.
