Down 1.2 pounds for the week and ran 3.6 miles today

30 minutes walking, 15 minutes elliptical, 9 minutes strength training.

Ran this morning with a 5 minute walk and then 3 minutes fast 3 minutes slow intervals for 30 minutes!

30 minutes of walking and 25 minutes of elliptical. Got 72% of my water goal. I keep working on drinking my water goal which is 72 oz a day.

Went up 1.2 pounds this week. Skipped spinning class and had a few extra sweets. All accounted for but realized I like to snack a lot. I also need to increase exercise. I will not give up. Let's do this everyone! Let's finish this year out strong!!

So my struggle is sugar too. It is so easy to give into a piece of candy here and there. I am working to stay within my daily sugar goal. Another thing I have been doing is not eating after 8pm. I am on my 18th day of tracking so I feel good about this. Everyone keep it up! We can do this!
