You can also try making your own peanut butter. 1 c roasted peanuts 1 1/2 t peanut oil (optional) 1/4 t salt (optional) 1 1/2 t honey (optional) Blend until spreadable and store in an air tight container in the fridge. I like them for some of the pushup moves we do in the chest, shoulders, and triceps but not for all of them. Just finished Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Ab Ripper. I am a sweaty mess right now! Lots of push-ups! I switched back and forth between using the push-up bars and not. I am still trying to maintain my personal goals during ab ripper and that seems to be working for me. Enjoy the day!!

Just finished Cardio and am feeling pretty good. I ran before the cardio workout today and still feel pretty good. I did manage to get my exercising in before the temp rose above 80, but it was still really hot! I'm not ready for all of this heat!!! Hope everyone has a great workout today!!

Just finished Core and actually made it through the bonus round as well. I was drenched after the workout since its really hot here and will hopefully be able to work out earlier in the day tomorrow. Have a great day/workout everyone!!

Since I spent all day studying yesterday and skipped Kenpo, I did it today instead of Stretch. I honestly don't like all the kicks (cause I suck at them!), but I love the workout! LOL The mile is the easy part for me! I may try and switch it up on friday and do the ab workout first then legs and see if I want to run afterward (on leg day I'm ususally walking but this week got screwed up). Thanks for the encouragement and input! It really helps!

Shoulders & Arms for me today but no Ab Ripper with this pulled muscle in lower abdomen. Feel pretty good so far. Still have to run today, but that's the easy workout. Great workouts today everyone!

NCLEX RN. I've been studying for weeks and weeks and just pushed back my test date today for another 3 weeks. I'm freaking out big time! I use the ncsbn online campus among other study tools, and just feel that I'm not prepared. I know I can do it, I'm just nervous. Good Luck with your studies!
