I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who marches in place while doing laundry! I also tend to dance every chance I get!! I have also made the switch to drinking primarily water and have left sugar out of my coffee, I like to add a few dashes of cinnamon instead. I've greatly decreased the amount of creamer I use... I'm getting there
