Thankx to all who commented.. Your right I do feel "weaker" w/o eating... but eating gives me heartburn...but life and time dictates 5:00am Gym or 9:00 PM home Gym Thankx again

Hey bud depending on your personal goals... but for me i just use protein shakes if i know i cant hit a meal.

Enjoy your whey protein.... if you have a fridge you can pre make your lunches on the weekend just be true to your cal intake. Even if you ttrained and followed a proper diet you wouldn't bulk up but you would tone up

I train in both 5:00am @ the gym B/C it near empty same 10-20 people... and at home after I put the little one to bed 8:00PM...

I have found that when a craving wins... its not worth sweating about .... actually i sweat it out with cardio that equals consumption
