sounds to me like you have a husband who often thinks about you and you should be more appreciative. it may not fit into your plan but he's trying and i personally don't think he deserves you ranting at him for thinking of you. just my opinion....

as i got smaller, so did the belly bit that hangs over the scar. it's not pretty but it has reduced and isn't as noticeable. i don't think mine will ever go away but i look at it as my mummy belly and though it may not look pleasant, i have three beautiful boys to show for it

thats fantastic and they look a little baggy on you! best feeling in the world isn't it? well done!

well done and good luck with the rest. im lose at a slow rate, mainly 0.5lb per week but it adds up. takes me a bit longer than everyone else but at least im trying. i have a picture on my laptop that says 'no matter howw many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you're still way ahead of anyone who isn't trying'…

my husband and i do this. we try to have a family meal twice a week but mainly we eat later so we're not snacking all evening. if we have an earlier meal with the kids, we end up getting the munchies later on.

im the same. it comes off slowly for me too. i often just lose half pound a week but i'm happy that it's coming down. took me nearly a year to lose 35lbs but it was worth it and i've mainly kept it off. i've put about 7lbs pounds back on over christmas but im working on those extra pounds and hopefully another stone for…

im 5ft 2 and im on 1380. i don't exercise due to disabilities so i concentrate on the eating side of things. i log everything and im losing a steady half to one pound each week.

yeah change how you see those clothes. instead of shame, try calling them goal clothes. i had a bunch of clothes that didn't fit anymore (they were size 16 and i was a size 24 so i had to lose a lot to get back into them) i put the ones i really didn't want to throw out in a bag and put them into the bottom of my wardrobe.…

a little late in replying but if it helps anyone, i lost 35lbs while suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. its hard and its slow but it can work. obviously exercise helps but for me that's not possible so i concentrate on the eating side of things. sometimes i only lose half pound a week but i've gone from…

well done on your loss. im glad im not the only one who eats pretty much the same breakfast each week. usually cereal but i'll throw something different in now and then. it works for me too. if i have an over indulgent day, i eat better the day after to account for it. i have disabilities that stop me from exercising so i…

i think my whole face slimmed down, it seemed more round before. (excuse the 'bored' look, i was waiting for ages in a car when my picture was taken....)

every friday morning as soon as i wake up wearing just my underwear so i get an accurate reading each week. i find my end of the week weigh in keeps me on track waiting to see if its a loss...

Fantastic!! You've done awesome!

im uk too, in wigan. im 37 and lost 35lbs just healthy eating but i over indulged at christmas/new year and put 10lbs or so back on and i'm working on getting it down, plus another stone. im aiming for a uk size 14. i can't promise inspiring recipies, i just eat healthy meals with occasional treats but it's working for me.…

mine does that too. i've always put it down to when i step on my feet aren't in the exact same place. it has a complete hissy fit if i move it to a different part of the room!
