I've been using fitbit for awhile and just let fitbit track my exercise. I never log my exercise on here And working just great for me.

Thanks, I'm not really a cook or good grocery shopper that's why I asked and so happy to see the response. I eat out a lot but have slowed down. And I use to buy a lot of box processed food. I'm losing weight with small changes and exercise however my food selection mainly for dinner can be way better.

Oh ok. Lol. The fb calories are higher and I'm tired of seeing fb tell me I'm under everyday.

Not a meal plan lol. In my goals when I first started I set it up like mfp but don't use it. It's gives me a set calorie deficit too but I don't need it to track my food intake.

For my scale that measure body fat, I set my profile and then I step on it gets my weight then i stay on 20 seconds longer and it tells me.

I think most fitness tracker overestimate calories burn that's why people constantly say weight loss is 80% food 20% exercise. I use fitbit mainly for movitation and step counting to keep me active. If I go by calories burned I will be losing more than 1-2lbs a week. But this is good information to read. Thanks for sharing.

If i bump it up they give me over 2000 calories to eat. So im trying sedentary for 4 weeks too see if i will weight.

Thanks ladies! Everyone thinks its not possible for me to burn 600-700 calories give or take. Doing 45-60 mins workout plus achieving my 10,000 steps daily.

No food scale will have to wait til Friday to get one. It is the tom for me. I didnt think of too much sodium because i do go over 2300mg a lot.

I do cardio and walking. 45-60+ mins just about everyday. With over 10,000 steps i guess that the fitbit adjustment. Just started strength and core. My starting weight was 297 im now 282. Goal is 200lbs. My intake is set for 1560 and activity level sedentary. Ive learned not to eat all of them back. I started in January…

I only go by FiTbit. I don't log any exercise on here.

I use Fitbit and time my exercise and let them just adjust my calories based on how active I was. As I figured mfp was overestimating calories burned.

I'm alone in this. Everyone around me overweight and don't care. So buddies In this department. Starting tomorrow I lowered my calorie intake and will try and track every little thing I eat and drink more water and stop using measuring cups.

Omg! This is so hard and confusing! I really feel like crying. I don't have a scale to weigh my food. Making homemade I have no idea how to log it.

I'm 288 with a goal of 200 at 2lbs a week lightly active. I thought it was too high but ever calculator I use says more including Fitbit
