Eat 20% BELOW your TDEE, which is 80% OF TDEE. Eating 20% of TDEE would have you starving. Sorry to be pedantic, but we don't want people cutting calories too far, do we?

Absolutely - That is one of the things noted on the medicine - do NOT suddenly discontinue it; you must taper off, or risk inducing seizures. I think you're talking about a TENS unit - something that electrically stimulates the nerves and can disrupt muscle spasms.

I walk. A LOT. Job is stressful, and the time alone to decompress and just BE is nearly as beneficial as the exercise itself is. Waiting for busted ankle to finish healing before trying to get back into running/biking.
