    That's quite a journey. You are an inspiration. I have lost 46 lbs since November, but have 7 more to go and I am trying to tone up. You are proof it is possible. Thanks for sharing.

    Careful you don't confuse dat dere Celltech with dat dere Frogtech, though. Results vary.
