I started out at 275lbs. You can still lose weight without exercise, you just have to watch your calories. But exercise does help a bit, just start off small. I don't like to exercise, but I still try to walk around my neighborhood at least once a week (better than never). Good luck, you can do it!!

I just started back on keto on Monday. I've done it before and was very successful with it. (I just let covid become an excuse to eat whatever I wanted and gained 35+ lbs back π). Anyway, feel free to add me, my food diary is open.

I love being on keto. I'm planning on starting back sometime soon. One thing I've noticed is that there will sometimes be a weight loss plateau or a gain, but I'm still losing inches. So don't put all your stock in what the scale says. I like to stay at 20g net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) or below. I also like to planβ¦

I'm an over eater. I'll keep eating even when I'm not hungry. It's like an obsession. I just have to work on breaking that obsession. And that's where the problem lies...

I'm currently on keto (dirty keto, not strict keto). It's the only 'diet' I can stick to. I lost 65 lbs with it early last year but quit and gained 50 or so back. I've been back on it since September and down 40 lbs. You just have to find what works for you that you can stick with.

So I was on keto most of last year. I had periods of time where I would lose nothing and would sometimes gain. But during those times I was still losing inches. And then the pounds would eventually start coming back off. Don't give up just yet, stick with it!

I've started drinking 'bulletproof coffee'. Coffee, 1 Tbsp grass fed butter, 1 Tbsp coconut oil.... (there are other variations, but that's what I use) 26g fat, 0g protein.

I have MS. I'm overweight, but that's mostly my own fault. I did gain 40 pounds after being on steroids for 6 weeks, but all the rest is just from unhealthy overeating. But I'm working on getting it off again :)
