I stared the Keto Diet June 14th 2019 and have eliminated all white flour and sugar as of that date. I've lost close to 12 pounds but have reached a plateau and not sure how to proceed. I would appreciate any Keto advise I can get as I am trying to do this on my own. Help

12 lbs in 2 months is excellent progress!
It's perfectly normal to have a week or two here or there where you don't lose weight or even gain a lb or two, regardless of what diet you've chosen. Weight loss isn't linear, as stuff like water weight and digestive transit times are constantly in flux

Congrats on the great start!2 -
Are you tracking your calories?1

The initial weight you lose on keto is water weight and it’s easy to fall out of ketosis. Get some keto sticks from the pharmacy or Amazon to test for ketones. Are you eating within your calorie goal, do you exercise and track your Macros? You may just need a simple tweak.0

Set your macros according to your goal weight, keep your fat/protein/carb counts within those parameters and you should be good. 1-1/2 lbs. weight loss per week is what I set for my goal when I started.0

Help, I have the same problem. I was vegan until I started Keto on Aug 1. and then found that I just couldn't get enough calories or protein on keto/vegan so I added eggs back in. I was still having trouble meeting the calories so I added fish and cheese back in. I upped my activity starting this week to 2x/day (walking at 3.0 mph, uphill/downhill/flat) for 30-40 min. each time and pilates 2x/week (60 min). My calorie goal since Aug 1 is at 1100 with 25% protein, 65% fat and 10% carbs. I've been at or below my goals for 30 days and am stuck. I've lost 4 kilos since July 1, most at the beginning when I started the walking (1x/week), but nothing in the past three weeks! Very discouraging!! I am not having any problems with the keto part of it, but I'm not losing weight and just don't know what else to tweak. Any suggestions??1

So I was on keto most of last year. I had periods of time where I would lose nothing and would sometimes gain. But during those times I was still losing inches. And then the pounds would eventually start coming back off. Don't give up just yet, stick with it!1
