  • Ahh that's where I'm going wrong...I use my phone! Have not got the Fitbit connected to my laptop as I never use it!

  • Yes it is connected to mfp and I only track food through mfp, it's not been that reliable for sleep tracking either but I can cope with that...it's seems to be a lot more generous with earned step cals as well! It hasn't helped at all with weigh loss really, mfp seems more accurate but I can't always have my phone with me

  • Do you set goals on Fitbit or do you let the Fitbit set your goals because yesterday my Fitbit told me that I had gone over my food by 367 cals but on fitness pal it said that I had eaten 1.165 cals which is not over my calorie limit, should I just set a calorie limit on my Fitbit like I do with mfp?

  • I do scan most of what I eat and don't really check its logged correctly, I have noticed sometimes that when I scan sometimes it comes up as a completely different food or company. Will try and look into logging better. So if I stick to 1500 cals a day and not eat back calories I should loose weight?
