I am in the same position. What a struggle this is. I can not seem to gain momentum, consistancy, a workable plan. Perhaps living alone does not help me. Something that sounds so simple is deeply complex.. I can try the inspire & hopefully feel inspired in my journey with others.

Think I am doing 40-30-30... I have no familiarity to how to calculate... I am @ 1200 calories a day... I suck at this to tell you the truth.. I'm always running around & a poor planner.. I need to be more scheduled ... a picky eater but not a big eater... I have a Premier Shake or Protien shake around 11 am... & wieght…

I have been a member for a while, tried WW, a few other programs & getting nowhere... I truly suck at this.. Today I bought Premium.. (not sure what difference it will make). I am not a breakfast person, honestly busy & not much for prepping.. I'm always running around... So here I go again, trying to lose 30 lbs.

Is there a recommended ratio of Protein, fats & carbohydrates that makes the weight loss plan fight the fat . The balance is confusing. I drink protein shakes in place of meals for times sake & some are 25 grams of carbs ... I then have a meal & a fruit of 2 along the day. I don't eat at night & what a painfully , slow…
