  • I've been Keto since January 14, 2018 - I have lost 70 pounds since my highest weight. I do a strict no sugars/no grains - and am definitely LCHF. I've relaxed a bit since hitting my mid-goal and now nothing is coming off! I highly recommend reddit.com/keto for beginners! They have everything you need.

  • One thing I would also suggest is not eating back any exercise calories. It is soooo hard for me to do if I see that I burned so many on my watch, but it always creates a stall for me. If I go over a bit I don't sweat it, but I don't necessarily eat what I burn. Good luck!

  • Hey all! I have been keto for 5 weeks yesterday....and 20 pounds lost is SOOOO close I can taste it! I'm down 19 right now. I am headed on a cruise Sunday so I am sure that win will be short lived, but we shall see. Pretty sure I will be able to eat well; worried more about the wine! :)

  • Finally understand how folks IF on Keto! I am forcing myself to eat at 11 and will wrap up my eating by 7, which means a 16 hour IF! If you had told me last month that I wouldn't be hungry on Keto I would not have believed you; I have been hungry my whole life!! Super excited about this WOE!
