10 days AF in August. A bit gutted to have let myself down so much this month but on the other hand I feel good that I feel bad if that makes sense. After 20 odd years of daily drinking I shouldn't be surprised if I back slide from time to time. The important thing I need to focus on is not to give up. Next stop September!

Last but one check-in 9 days AF of 30 for August. Assuming I make tonight then I'll just barely scrape double figures this month. I WILL do better for September o:) Look forwards to seeing you all again next month.

Hi Again Everyone, I've been enjoying reading all your goals and targets for August! I managed 17 days AF last month and I want to hit 20 days this month. So far I'm on 1 day AF for the month. We had drinks on Sunday but we were both back on it on Monday.

Nice 2 hour ride first thing this morning and now heading to the beach with my wife and daughter for a swim as the day heats up.
