My first post in this group since joining and virtually my first run. However, I ran my first 5K this morning since coming back from a knee injury. Not much I know but a small personal victory. Now to very carefully ease myself back up to some decent mileage and hopefully a few races next year.....

I ran my first 10k race since starting experimenting with a low carb diet around 45 days ago. I surprisingly didn't feel any perceived increase in effort level or drop in performance.
