  • Thank you. The bike measures time, distance, watts, rpm, mph, etc. It has a heart rate monitor on the handlebars.
  • They sell bags for the slow cooker. Totally worth it. It helps so I barely have to rinse the pot before putting it away!
  • I love Mexican food too. I occasionally eat some at a restaurant. I try to keep my calories lower during the day. I usually have just a few chips with salsa. Maybe count out 5 or 6, and eat them slowly. I usually order a la carte items, or at least only half the rice and beans that come with a combo. I love enchiladas, so…
  • I know what you mean. It's been really hot here too. Sometimes I go walk at the mall when it's not too crowded. I put on my headphones, and walk. It's nice and cool.
  • Right now, I really like Marzetti's Simply Dressed & Light Balsamic Vinaigrette. Only 50 calories for 2 Tbsp., and I really like it. Find a dressing that you really like. I love romaine, English cucumber, shredded carrots, grilled veggies (zucchini, corn, onions, bell peppers), dried cranberries, nuts (candied or plain),…
  • I love it! You even labeled them. You will be happy you did.
  • Make sure you take your picture every couple of weeks, as well as your measurements. You probably already look a little different. I'm losing at a slow and steady pace, but I'm developing better habits. Like you, my energy is increasing. I've stuck with this for 5 months (longer than I ever have). I try on my tighter…
  • That's fantastic! Thanks for inspiring me. I want to get to a similar size. How tall are you?
  • That's so great. Congratulations!
  • Veggies, drink water, take a couple of generic Metamucil tabs every morning. Good luck!
  • * Although I haven't changed sizes yet, all of my tight jeans fit well. * My panties aren't too tight. * I don't stretch out some of my t-shirts before putting them on. * I have much more energy, and my yoga balance is better. * I have had foot problems for years. Hoping that losing weight will help his. I take walks…
  • Thanks for your helpful hints. Good for you making all of the realistic changes!
  • You are doing great! Every month or so, you should try on some clothes that were tight or unwearable. You will see a difference.
  • I review and add all of the ingredients (with the checkmark and arrow in upper right corner). At the end, you click Save or Save & Log It at the bottom. Did you get that far?
  • When I don't want the usual cereal, I lightly toast a piece of good sourdough bread, spread with a little mustard, add some sliced turkey or ham and a sprinkling of cheese. I put it back in the toaster oven until the cheese melts. I think it's really good!
  • That's awesome!
  • I love these when I want something crunchy and salty. They are baked, and low in fat.
  • Over 20 lbs lighter on the left. I'm getting there!
  • Thanks for the inspiration. You look great, and seem very happy. Congrats!
  • Thanks for the good ideas. Will have to try the fish patties and chili lime chicken patties. I love Organic Vodka Pasta Sauce, Chicken Gyoza, frozen brown rice, ginger cookies, many reasonably priced spices.
  • That's super exciting! Congrats.
  • Wow. Thanks for the pep talk. You have done so well. You are pretty in all the photos, but you look so happy and healthy now. Congratulations! You inspire me to do this right.
  • I like a little snack after dinner. It's usually 100 calories or less. Creamcicle, Fudgcicle, Halo Top, popcorn or Ritz Crisp & Thins crackers.
  • I always have my coffee and carefully measured creamer in the morning. If I am going out and have calories to spare in the afternoon, I sometimes go to Starbucks. -Grande Iced Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte or Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte. Either for 80 calories. -Grande Iced Cold Brew with Nonfat Milk. 25 calories. -Grande Iced…

  • Nothing wrong with a little weird. You sound like a very busy person. A fitness class or maybe a volunteer opportunity might help, and focus on something else. Remember, people aren't always focusing on your insecurities like you are. They often focus on their own. Take care.
