Cannot save recipes

In IOS I don't see how to save a manually generated recipe. On the web page it is impossible to generate a manual recipe. After I enter the ingredients there are no buttons to search the database for the ingredient.

    I review and add all of the ingredients (with the checkmark and arrow in upper right corner). At the end, you click Save or Save & Log It at the bottom. Did you get that far?
