Thank you. I usually have my carbs at 30%, fat at 30%, and protein at 30%. The thing is that I don't know exactly were to check my fat and protein on here because it only shows the percentage, but doesn't tell me how much more grams I need. So my BMR came out to 1507, and my TDEE came out to 2204.

I'm not sure. I used to weight 90 lbs when I was 15, then went to 110 when I was 16, 125 when I was 17 - 18, then 128 at 19 and at 20 I was 124, a month ago, but I started running for about 50 minutes plus weight lifting, so I went down to 122. Now I only run for 20 minutes.

I do eat veggies and fruits. In fact, all we buy in my house is clean (healthy) food. We might have bread and stuff, but I don't eat that (the bad kind of bread). I usually eat whole wheat or whole grain. I do eat chips only once a week, and then I start eating clean at the beggining of the week until the 6th day.

Losing weight was my goal at first because I thought that's what I needed in order to burn more bodyfat, but now that'd I've talked to people and stuff, I see that what I need to do is gain weight.

Someone said to gain about .5 - 1 lbs a week. Yeah, I'm still reading it.

So let me see if I understand. My new goal should be: • Gain 10 lbs in a month (20 in two). • Start bulking at my current weight (as I also start gaining weight). • Bulking will burn fat so I shouldn't worry about that(?). • Bulking will also gain me muscle. Is that right?

I train legs when I train my lower body.

Thanks to both. So you'd recommend to gain weight, ya? Would that burn fat and build muscle too? My workout consists of weight lifting (upper body) 3 times a week plus 10 - 20 minutes of running, and abs and lower body 2 times a week, would this still be a good workout even if I gain weight or would I need to change it up?

Mhm. Well, my personal trainer said I should try going up to 140 lbs within a year and not worry about burning fat, but idk...
